Ms. Lenita Tobing is a Partner in PwC Consulting Indonesia, heading the Strategy & Practice in Indonesia covering the Energy, Utilities and Mining Sector. Her 20+ experience is mainly around strategy based transformation, market entry, regulatory review, partnership development and organization restructuring in various oil & gas, power and mining companies in Indonesia. She is currently supporting a few State Owned Enterprises in developing joint ventures and going through organization transformations.

Prior to re-joining PwC in 2015, she was a Partner in Arghajata Consulting (2006-2015), a Project Leader at Booz Allen Hamilton – now Strategy& – (2002-2006) and a Senior Associate at PwC (1997-2002). She obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from the University of Indonesia in 1997 and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in 2000.
